Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect the Vcc pin to a supply voltage between 3.0V and 5.5V.
    • Connect the GND pin to the ground.
  2. Output Connection:

    • The output pin (OUT) is an open-drain configuration. Connect it to a pull-up resistor (typically 10kΩ) between the output and Vcc.
    • When a magnetic field exceeding the sensitivity threshold is detected, the output will be pulled low (0V).
  3. Magnetic Field Sensitivity:

    • The sensor detects magnetic fields with a sensitivity of 25 Gauss. Ensure that the magnetic field strength is within this range for reliable operation.
  4. Temperature Considerations:

    • Operate the sensor within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C for optimal performance.
    • Store the sensor in a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
  5. Mounting:

    • Mount the sensor on a PCB using surface mount technology (SMT).
    • Ensure proper soldering to avoid mechanical stress and ensure electrical connections.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the sensor with care to avoid damage from static electricity or physical stress.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and assembly.
