Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VDD) is within the range of 1.6V to 5.5V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
Input Signals:
- For a high-level input, the voltage should be at least 0.7 times VDD.
- For a low-level input, the voltage should not exceed 0.3 times VDD.
Output Signals:
- The high-level output voltage (VOH) will be VDD minus 0.4V.
- The low-level output voltage (VOL) will be no more than 0.4V.
Current Handling:
- The device can source up to 10mA (IOH) and sink up to 10mA (IOL).
Propagation Delay:
- The typical propagation delay (tPD) is 8ns, with a maximum of 12ns.
Standby Mode:
- In standby mode, the current consumption (IDD) is typically 0.5μA and should not exceed 1μA.
Operating Conditions:
- Ensure that the operating current (IDD) does not exceed 3mA during normal operation.
