Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Connect Vcc to +5.0 V ± 0.5 V.
- Connect Vss to ground (0 V).
Programming:
- Apply Vpp (12.5 V ± 1.0 V) to the Vpp pin during programming.
- Use a programmer that supports 27C512 EPROMs to load data into the device.
Reading Data:
- Apply the desired address to the address lines (A0-A12).
- The data will be available on the data lines (D0-D7) after the access time (70 ns typical).
Write Protect:
- The device is write-protected by default once programmed. To reprogram, use a UV eraser to erase the contents.
