The UCC2802N is a dual-channel, high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET and IGBT gate driver from Texas Instruments. It is designed to drive two N-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. The device features an adjustable dead-time control for improved efficiency and reduced EMI. The UCC2802N also includes a low-side gate drive output for synchronous rectification.
