The ICL7662CPA is a dual low-power, low-dropout voltage regulator with a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage of 5V, 6V, 8V, 9V, 10V, 12V, 15V, or adjustable from 1.2V to 20V. It has a low dropout voltage of 0.2V and a maximum output current of 1.5A. The ICL7662CPA features a low quiescent current of only 10μA, a fast transient response, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It also has short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown, and current limiting protection.
