The A3150 is an opto-isolator IC manufactured by Agilent. It is used to provide electrical isolation between two circuits. The device has a PN photodiode and an integrated high gain photo-transistor switch which can be used in a variety of industrial, medical and consumer applications. The A3150 is an 8-pin DIP package. It has a breakdown voltage of 5kV, a maximum current of 2mA, and a power dissipation of 75mW. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C.
