Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (VDD):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Avoid exceeding the maximum voltage to prevent damage to the device.
Operating and Storage Temperature:
- The device operates reliably between -40°C and 85°C.
- For storage, keep the device between -65°C and 150°C.
Input Voltage Range (VIN):
- The input voltage should be within 0V to 5.5V.
- Do not apply voltages outside this range to avoid damage.
Output Current (IOUT):
- The device can provide a continuous output current of up to 2A.
- For optimal performance, keep the load within the specified range.
Quiescent Current (IQ):
- The quiescent current is typically 20μA when the input voltage is 5V and the output voltage is 3.3V.
- This low quiescent current ensures efficient power consumption.
Dropout Voltage (VDROPOUT):
- The dropout voltage is typically 0.2V at an output current of 1A.
- This low dropout voltage allows the device to operate efficiently even at low input-to-output voltage differences.
Load and Line Regulation:
