Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 2.7V to 3.6V.
- The device does not require a separate programming voltage (Vpp).
Addressing:
- The device is organized as 512K x 8 bits, with addresses ranging from 0x00000 to 0x7FFFF.
Read Operation:
- Apply the desired address to the address lines (A0-A18).
- Assert the chip select (CS#) and output enable (OE#) signals low.
- The data will be available on the data lines (D0-D7) after the access time (70ns max).
Write Operation:
- Apply the desired address to the address lines (A0-A18).
- Load the data to be written onto the data lines (D0-D7).
- Assert the chip select (CS#), write enable (WE#), and output enable (OE#) signals low.
- The write operation will complete within 10 μs.
Erase Operation:
- To erase a block, apply the block address to the address lines (A0-A18).
- Assert the chip select (CS#), write enable (WE#), and output enable (OE#) signals low.
- The block erase operation will complete within 4 ms.
Standby Mode:
- To reduce power consumption, deassert the chip select (CS#) signal high when the device is not in use.
Temperature Considerations:
- Ensure the operating temperature is within the specified range for the intended application (Commercial: 0°C to +70°C, Industrial: -40°C to +85°C).
