Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid damage to the leads and body.
   • Use appropriate ESD protection to prevent static damage.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to 100°C to 120°C before soldering.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature setting between 260°C and 300°C.
   • Apply solder to the pads, not directly to the component leads.
   • Ensure the solder joint is clean and free of flux residue.

3. Placement:

   • Align the component correctly on the PCB according to the silkscreen markings.
   • Ensure the flat side of the SOT-23 package aligns with the flat marking on the PCB.

4. Inspection:

   • Visually inspect the solder joints for proper wetting and absence of bridges or voids.
   • Use a multimeter to check for continuity and correct resistance values.

5. Testing:

   • Test the circuit under normal operating conditions to ensure the transistor is functioning correctly.
   • Monitor the temperature of the transistor during operation to ensure it does not exceed the maximum operating temperature.

6. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use to protect from moisture and static.

7. Disposal:

   • Follow local regulations for the disposal of electronic components.
   • Recycle where possible.
