Instructions for Use:

1. Handling and Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to 100°C to 120°C before soldering.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature between 300°C to 350°C.
   • Soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds per joint.
   • Allow the component to cool naturally after soldering.

3. Mounting:

   • Place the capacitor on the PCB with the correct orientation.
   • Ensure the component is firmly seated and aligned with the pads.
   • Apply a small amount of flux to the pads if necessary.

4. Inspection:

   • Visually inspect the solder joints for proper wetting and absence of shorts or bridges.
   • Check for any physical damage or misalignment of the component.

5. Testing:

   • Perform electrical tests to ensure the capacitance value and voltage rating meet specifications.
   • Use a multimeter or LCR meter to measure the capacitance.

6. Environmental Considerations:

   • Avoid exposure to corrosive environments or high humidity.
   • Ensure the operating temperature does not exceed the specified range to prevent degradation of performance.

7. Disposal:

   • Follow local regulations for the disposal of electronic components.
   • Recycle or dispose of the component in an environmentally responsible manner.
