Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (VCC):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
- Do not exceed the maximum supply voltage to avoid damage.
Input Levels:
- For a logic low input, ensure the voltage is below 1.5V.
- For a logic high input, ensure the voltage is above 3.5V.
Output Levels:
- When the output is low, the voltage should be no more than 0.4V.
- When the output is high, the voltage should be at least 2.4V (for VCC = 5V).
Current Ratings:
- The input leakage current should not exceed ±1μA.
- The output leakage current should not exceed ±100μA.
Timing:
- The propagation delay time is typically 8ns and can go up to 22ns at VCC = 5V and TA = 25°C.
Power Dissipation:
- Ensure that the power dissipation does not exceed 100mW per package to avoid overheating.
Temperature Range:
- The device can operate within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
