Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.

  2. Input Signals:

    • Apply input signals (VIN) such that they fall within the valid input voltage levels:

  3. Output Signals:

    • The output signals (VOUT) will be:
      • Low level (VOL): 0.0 V to 0.4 V when IOL = 4 mA
      • High level (VOH): VCC - 0.4 V to VCC when IOH = -4 mA
  4. Current Considerations:

    • Ensure the input leakage current (IIL) does not exceed ±1.0 μA.
    • The output leakage current (IOL (High)) should be within ±100 nA.
  5. Timing:

    • The propagation delay time (tpLH, tpHL) is typically 18 ns with a maximum of 36 ns at VCC = 5 V and fo = 10 MHz.
  6. Thermal Management:

    • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C for reliable performance.
    • Store the device within the storage temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
