Power Supply:

Input Signals:
- Apply input signals (VIN) such that they fall within the valid input voltage levels:
- Low level (VIL): 0.0 V to 0.8 V
- High level (VIH): 2.0 V to VCC
- Apply input signals (VIN) such that they fall within the valid input voltage levels:
Output Signals:
- The output signals (VOUT) will be:
- Low level (VOL): 0.0 V to 0.4 V when IOL = 4 mA
- High level (VOH): VCC - 0.4 V to VCC when IOH = -4 mA
- The output signals (VOUT) will be:
Current Considerations:
- Ensure the input leakage current (IIL) does not exceed ±1.0 μA.
- The output leakage current (IOL (High)) should be within ±100 nA.
Timing:
- The propagation delay time (tpLH, tpHL) is typically 18 ns with a maximum of 36 ns at VCC = 5 V and fo = 10 MHz.
