2. Mounting:

   • Apply thermal paste or a thermal pad between the device and the heat sink to improve thermal conductivity.
   • Secure the device to the heat sink using appropriate mechanical fasteners.

3. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the drain (D), source (S), and gate (G) terminals according to the circuit diagram.
   • Ensure that the gate-source voltage (V_GS) does not exceed the maximum rating of ±15V.
   • The drain-source voltage (V_DS) should not exceed 600V.

4. Thermal Management:

   • Monitor the junction temperature (T_J) to ensure it does not exceed 175°C.
   • Use a heat sink with adequate thermal resistance to keep the device within safe operating limits.
   • Ensure proper ventilation to dissipate heat effectively.

5. Storage:
