Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 2.25V to 5.5V.
    • Use a stable power supply to avoid fluctuations that can affect performance.
  2. Input Signals:

    • The input high voltage (VIH) should be at least 2.0V to ensure reliable detection as a logic high.
    • The input low voltage (VIL) should be no more than 0.8V to ensure reliable detection as a logic low.
    • Avoid exceeding the maximum input voltage limits to prevent damage to the device.
  3. Output Signals:

    • The output high voltage (VOH) will be at least 2.4V under a 100 μA load.
    • The output low voltage (VOL) will be no more than 0.5V under a 100 μA load.
    • The device can source or sink up to 4 mA of current.
  4. Timing:

    • The propagation delay (tpd) is the time it takes for the output to change after the input changes. It ranges from 1.5 ns to 4.5 ns.
  5. Thermal Management:

    • The device can dissipate up to 330 mW of power at room temperature (25°C). Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating near this limit.
    • The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Avoid exposing the device to temperatures outside this range during operation.
    • The storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Store the device in a dry and temperature-controlled environment.
