Instructions:
Installation:
- Ensure the sensor is installed in a location that is free from mechanical stress and vibrations.
- Use the 1/4" NPT connection to securely mount the sensor to the measurement point.
Electrical Connection:
- Connect the 4-pin connector to the appropriate interface on your control system.
- Pin 1: Power (5VDC)
- Pin 2: Ground
- Pin 3: Signal Output
- Pin 4: Not Connected (NC)
Calibration:
- The sensor is factory-calibrated, but if recalibration is necessary, use a precision pressure source and a digital multimeter to adjust the output to match the known pressure.
Operation:
- Apply the supply voltage (5VDC) to the sensor.
- Measure the output signal (0.5 to 4.5VDC) using a voltmeter or data acquisition system.
