Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 1.65V to 3.6V.
    • Connect VCC to the positive power supply and GND to the ground.
  2. Input Levels:

    • Input high (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and can go up to VCC.
    • Input low (VIL) should be no more than 0.8V.
  3. Output Levels:

    • Output high (VOH) will be VCC - 0.1V when the output current is -4 mA.
    • Output low (VOL) will be no more than 0.1V when the output current is 4 mA.
  4. Current Limits:

    • The maximum output high current (IOH) is 4 mA.
    • The maximum output low current (IOL) is -4 mA.
  5. Timing Parameters:

    • Propagation delay time (tpd) is the time it takes for the output to change after the input changes. It should be between 3.5 ns and 7 ns.
    • Skew (tskew) is the difference in propagation delay between different outputs. It should be between 1.5 ns and 3.5 ns.
    • Output change time (tCO) is the time it takes for the output to reach its final state after the enable signal changes. It should be between 1.5 ns and 3.5 ns.
    • Setup time (tSU) is the minimum time before the clock edge that the data must be stable. It should be between 1.5 ns and 3.5 ns.
    • Hold time (tH) is the minimum time after the clock edge that the data must remain stable. It should be between 0 ns and 1.5 ns.
  6. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid electrostatic discharge (ESD).
    • Store the device in a dry environment to prevent moisture damage.
  7. Applications:
