Instructions for Use:

  1. Input Connection:

    • Connect the input voltage (V_IN) to the input pin of the KBP307.
    • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the output pin of the KBP307 to the load or circuit requiring a regulated 3.3V supply.
    • The maximum output current is 300mA.
  3. Ground Connection:

    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the common ground of the system.
  4. Capacitors:

    • Place a 1μF ceramic capacitor between the input pin and ground to filter input noise.
    • Place a 1μF ceramic capacitor between the output pin and ground to stabilize the output voltage.
  5. Thermal Considerations:

    • Ensure adequate heat dissipation if operating near the maximum output current, especially at higher ambient temperatures.
    • The device can operate up to 85°C, but performance may degrade at higher temperatures.
  6. Storage:

    • Store the KBP307 in a dry environment within the temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
  7. Handling:

    • Handle with care to avoid static damage. Use appropriate ESD protection measures.
  8. Testing:

    • Before finalizing the design, test the regulator under various load conditions to ensure stability and performance meet the requirements.
