Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the Vcc pin to a stable power source.
  2. Output Connections:

    • Each output channel can source up to 150mA of current.
    • Keep the total power dissipation within the maximum limit of 1000mW per channel to avoid overheating.
  3. Input Logic Levels:

    • Apply logic levels within the range of 0V to 5V to the input pins.
    • Ensure the input signals are clean to prevent false triggering.
  4. Thermal Management:

    • Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
    • For extended operation at high temperatures, consider heatsinking or forced air cooling.
  5. Signal Integrity:

    • The rise and fall times are typically around 50ns to 100ns. Use appropriate PCB layout techniques to minimize signal reflections and ringing.
