Intelligent Sixfold Low-Side Switch
The TLE4216G from Siemens is a low-side IGBT/MOSFET driver with integrated over-temperature protection which is designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in high side and low side configuration. The TLE4216G is easily configured for single, dual and half bridge applications for switching currents up to 30 Amps by using just few external components. This device incorporates an integrated load dump/load sense protection feature, which allows it to be more durable in load dump conditions and overcurrent conditions if the load is shorted.
