The VND920 is a voltage regulator IC manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator with a maximum output current of 500 mA and a maximum dropout voltage of 0.5 V. The device is available in a SOP-28 package and operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.5 V to 6.5 V.
