The LA-301ML is a low-cost, low-power, low-noise, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator manufactured by Rohm Semiconductor. It is designed to provide a stable output voltage from a wide input voltage range. The device is capable of supplying up to 300mA of output current. The LA-301ML is ideal for applications such as battery-powered devices, portable electronics, and other applications where low power consumption and low noise are critical. It features a low quiescent current of only 10μA, and a low dropout voltage of only 0.3V. The device also features over-current and thermal protection, as well as short-circuit protection.
