2. Optical Characteristics:

   • The peak wavelength (λp) is 625nm, indicating a red light.
   • The viewing angle (θv) is typically 60°, providing a wide field of view.
   • The luminous intensity (Iv) ranges from 2000 to 4000 mcd, ensuring bright visibility.

3. Electrical Characteristics:

   • The forward voltage (Vf) should be between 1.8V and 2.2V.
   • The reverse voltage (Vr) should not exceed 5V.
   • The forward current (If) should be kept between 20mA and 30mA for optimal performance.
   • The reverse current (Ir) should be limited to 1μA or less.

4. Temperature Considerations:
