VND830 is a N-channel enhancement-mode vertical double-diffused metal-oxide semiconductor (V-DMOS) field-effect transistor (FET) manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is available in a 16-pin small outline package (SOP-16). Description: The VND830 is a high voltage, high speed, and low gate charge N-channel field-effect transistor. It has a maximum drain-source voltage rating of 800V, a maximum drain current rating of 1.5A and a maximum gate-source voltage of ±20V. It also features a fast switching speed and a low on-state resistance.
