Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to the system ground.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Apply input signals (VIN) that are within the specified input voltage ranges.
    • For logic high, ensure VIN ≥ 3.15 V when VCC = 4.5 V.
    • For logic low, ensure VIN ≤ 1.35 V when VCC = 4.5 V.
  3. Output Signals:

    • The output voltage (VOH) will be at least 2.4 V when the output is high and the load current (IO) is -0.4 mA.
    • The output voltage (VOL) will be no more than 0.4 V when the output is low and the load current (IO) is 8 mA.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (tpd) is the time it takes for the output to change state after the input changes. It is typically 11 ns at VCC = 4.5 V and TA = 25°C.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • The device can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
    • Store the device in temperatures ranging from -65°C to 150°C.
  6. Power Dissipation:

    • Ensure that the power dissipation does not exceed 100 mW to avoid overheating and potential damage to the device.
