Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 30V.
- Use appropriate decoupling capacitors (e.g., 100nF and 10μF) close to the power pins to stabilize the supply.
Output Current:
- The continuous output current per channel should not exceed 1.5A.
- For peak currents up to 5A, ensure the pulse duration is short to avoid overheating.
Thermal Management:
- The device can dissipate up to 2.5W at room temperature (25°C). For higher power dissipation, use a heatsink or ensure adequate airflow.
- Monitor the junction temperature to stay below 125°C during operation.
Input Logic:
- The logic input voltage range is from 0V to 5V. Ensure the input signals are within this range to avoid damage.
Storage and Handling:
- Store the device in a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
- Handle with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the device.
Mounting:
- Solder the device to the PCB using standard soldering techniques. Ensure good thermal contact with the PCB to facilitate heat dissipation.
Testing:
- Before final assembly, test the device under typical operating conditions to ensure it meets the specified parameters.
Safety:
- Always follow safety guidelines when handling and testing high-power devices to prevent injury or damage.
