Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 40V.
    • Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the Vcc pin and the negative terminal to the GND pin.
  2. Input Signal:

    • Apply the audio input signal to the IN+ and IN- pins.
    • The input sensitivity should be between 200mV and 400mV for optimal performance.
    • The input impedance is between 10kΩ and 47kΩ.
  3. Output Configuration:

    • Connect the speaker to the OUT+ and OUT- pins.
    • The output power is designed to drive an 8Ω speaker with a power range of 1.5W to 2.5W at 12V supply.
  4. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure the operating temperature is within -25°C to 85°C.
    • If the device is used in high-temperature environments, consider adding a heatsink to the package.
  5. Standby Mode:

    • To put the device into standby mode, apply a low signal to the STBY pin.
    • The standby current is typically 3mA at 5V supply.
  6. Signal-to-Noise Ratio:

    • The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is typically between 70dB and 80dB, ensuring clear audio output.
  7. Total Harmonic Distortion:

    • The total harmonic distortion (THD) is typically 0.5% to 1.0% at 1kHz, providing high-quality sound reproduction.
  8. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry place with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C.
  9. Handling Precautions:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling the IC.
  10. Mounting:

    • Solder the device to the PCB following the recommended soldering profile to ensure reliable connections.
