Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 40V.
- Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the Vcc pin and the negative terminal to the GND pin.
Input Signal:
- Apply the audio input signal to the IN+ and IN- pins.
- The input sensitivity should be between 200mV and 400mV for optimal performance.
- The input impedance is between 10kΩ and 47kΩ.
Output Configuration:
- Connect the speaker to the OUT+ and OUT- pins.
- The output power is designed to drive an 8Ω speaker with a power range of 1.5W to 2.5W at 12V supply.
Thermal Management:
- Ensure the operating temperature is within -25°C to 85°C.
- If the device is used in high-temperature environments, consider adding a heatsink to the package.
Standby Mode:
- To put the device into standby mode, apply a low signal to the STBY pin.
- The standby current is typically 3mA at 5V supply.
Signal-to-Noise Ratio:
- The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is typically between 70dB and 80dB, ensuring clear audio output.
Total Harmonic Distortion:
- The total harmonic distortion (THD) is typically 0.5% to 1.0% at 1kHz, providing high-quality sound reproduction.
Storage:
- Store the device in a dry place with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 125°C.
Handling Precautions:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge.
- Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling the IC.
Mounting:
- Solder the device to the PCB following the recommended soldering profile to ensure reliable connections.
