Instructions
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the specified range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Connect VCC to the positive power supply and GND to the ground.
Signal Connections:
- Connect the address lines (A0-A13) to the microcontroller or other control logic.
- Connect the data lines (D0-D7) to the microcontroller or other data bus.
- Connect the chip select (CS), output enable (OE), and write enable (WE) pins to the appropriate control signals from the microcontroller.
Operation Modes:
- Read Operation:
- Set CS low to select the device.
- Set OE low to enable data output.
- Apply the desired address to the address lines.
- The data at the addressed location will appear on the data lines after the access time.
- Write Operation:
- Set CS low to select the device.
- Set WE low to enable writing.
- Apply the desired address to the address lines.
- Apply the data to be written to the data lines.
- The data will be written to the addressed location after the access time.
- Read Operation:
Standby Mode:
- To enter standby mode, set CS high.
- In standby mode, the device consumes minimal current (1 μA max).
Temperature Considerations:
- Ensure the operating temperature remains within the specified range of -40°C to 85°C to avoid damage or malfunction.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal circuits.
- Use proper anti-static measures when handling and storing the device.
