The Sanken MA2820 is a 7-pin ZIP (Zigzag In-Line Package) transistor that features a high current gain and can serve as a compact, low-cost amplifier. The device has an NPN-type silicon transistor, and the gain bandwidth product is up to 800MHz. It also has a low collector output capacitance, an internal noise figure (FET) of 1.5 dB, and a low maximum collector-base voltage of 15V.
