It has an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier and a serial peripheral interface (SPI) compatible 3-wire interface. It also features a low power shutdown mode and a power-on reset circuit. The AD7847AR has a maximum conversion rate of 200 ksps, a maximum input voltage of 5 V, and a maximum input current of 10 μA.
