Instructions for Using TLV5614CD
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VDD) is within the specified range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Connect VDD to the positive power supply and GND to the ground.
Output Configuration:
- The output voltage (VOUT) can range from 0.0V to VDD - 0.1V.
- Ensure the load connected to the output does not exceed the maximum output current of 15mA.
Reference Voltage:
- The internal reference voltage (VREF) is fixed at 2.048V.
- For external reference, connect an external reference voltage to the VREF pin.
Digital Input:
- Use a 12-bit digital input to control the DAC output.
- The digital input should be provided in binary format, with the most significant bit (MSB) first.
Settling Time:
- Allow the DAC to settle for up to 10μs after a new digital input is applied to ensure the output is accurate within 1/2 LSB.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C to ensure reliable performance.
