The AD534LD is a monolithic, low power, low cost, 14-pin DIP, 4-quadrant analog multiplier manufactured by Analog Devices. It is a precision multiplier that can be used to multiply two analog signals, or to perform other mathematical operations such as squaring, square root, and division. The AD534LD features a low power consumption of only 2.5 mW, and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It also has a high accuracy of 0.1%, and a wide dynamic range of -60 dB to +60 dB. The device is also capable of operating with a wide range of supply voltages, from 4.75 V to 36 V. The AD534LD can be used in a variety of applications, including signal processing, control systems, instrumentation, and communications.
