Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure proper alignment of the diode during mounting.
   • Apply thermal paste between the diode and heat sink for better thermal management.
   • Torque the mounting screws to the recommended specifications to ensure good contact.

3. Soldering:

   • Preheat the diode to the recommended temperature before soldering.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature not exceeding 300°C.
   • Solder each terminal for no more than 3 seconds to avoid thermal stress.

4. Storage:

   • Store the diode in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep the diode in its original packaging until ready for use to protect against moisture and static.

5. Testing:

   • Use a multimeter to test the diode for continuity and reverse bias characteristics.
   • Ensure the diode is not forward-biased during testing to prevent damage.

   • Monitor the junction temperature to ensure it remains within the specified range.
