Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 1.65V to 1.95V.
- Connect the VCC pin to a stable power source.
Standby Mode:
- To enter standby mode, set the Chip Select (CS) pin to a high state.
- The standby current (ICCSTBY) should be less than or equal to 0.5 μA.
Active Mode:
- To activate the device, set the CS pin to a low state.
- The active current (ICCACT) during continuous read operations should be less than or equal to 10 mA.
Timing Parameters:
- The access time (tAA) and cycle time (tCYC) are both 70 ns when VCC is 1.8V and the load capacitance (CL) is 50 pF.
Output Levels:
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be between 1.6V and 1.8V when the output current (IO) is -0.4 mA.
- The output low voltage (VOL) should be between 0V and 0.2V when the output current (IO) is 0.4 mA.
Input Levels:
- The input low voltage (VIL) should be between 0V and 0.8V.
- The input high voltage (VIH) should be between 1.0V and 1.8V.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Store the device in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage.
Mounting:
- Follow the recommended soldering profile to ensure proper bonding and avoid thermal stress.
- Ensure that all pins are correctly aligned before soldering.
