Instructions

1. Installation:

   • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
   • Mount the relay on a DIN rail or panel as per the mounting instructions provided with the product.

2. Wiring:

   • Connect the input terminals to the control circuit according to the input voltage range.
   • Connect the output terminals to the load and the power supply, ensuring the load does not exceed the maximum current rating.
   • Use appropriate wire gauges to handle the current and voltage levels.

3. Operation:

   • Apply the control signal to the input terminals to switch the relay on or off.
   • For zero-crossing switching, ensure the control signal is stable to avoid premature triggering.
   • For random turn-on, the relay will switch immediately upon receiving the control signal.

4. Maintenance:

   • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
   • Clean the relay using a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
   • Do not use solvents or abrasive materials that could damage the case or components.

5. Troubleshooting:

   • If the relay fails to operate, check the input and output connections for proper wiring and voltage levels.
   • Verify that the load is within the rated capacity of the relay.
   • If the relay overheats, ensure it is properly ventilated and not overloaded.

6. Safety:

   • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or installation.
