HSMS-2823 is an NPN silicon surface mount transistor manufactured by Agilent Technologies. It is a SOT-23 package and is designed for use in high-speed switching applications. It has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 30V, a maximum collector current of 200mA and a maximum power dissipation of 500mW. It has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.3V and a high current gain of 200.
