Instructions for Using NDS7002A

  1. Supply Voltage (VDD):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 1.6V to 5.5V.
    • Avoid exceeding the maximum voltage to prevent damage to the device.
  2. Output Voltage:

    • The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least VDD - 0.4V and can go up to VDD - 0.1V.
    • The output low voltage (VOL) should be between 0V and 0.4V.
  3. Input Voltage:

    • For a valid high input (VIH), the voltage should be at least 2.0V.
    • For a valid low input (VIL), the voltage should not exceed 0.8V.
  4. Propagation Delay Time (tpd):

    • The typical propagation delay time is 3.5ns, with a maximum of 7.0ns. This is the time it takes for the output to respond to a change in the input.
  5. Power Consumption (ICC):

    • The typical power consumption is 1μA, but it can go up to 10μA. Ensure your power supply can handle this current.
  6. Operating Temperature (TOPR):

    • The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Ensure the operating environment stays within these limits.
  7. Storage Temperature (TSTG):

    • When the device is not in use, store it in an environment with temperatures ranging from -65°C to 150°C.
  8. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal components.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture damage.
  9. Soldering:

    • Use a soldering iron with a temperature no higher than 300°C and ensure the soldering process is completed within 10 seconds to avoid thermal damage.
  10. Testing:

    • Before integrating the NDS7002A into your circuit, test it using a known good setup to ensure it functions correctly.
