Input Signals:
- Input signals should be within the valid logic levels:
- High level (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and can go up to VCC.
- Low level (VIL) should not exceed 0.8V.

Output Signals:
- The output high voltage (VOH) will be at least 2.4V and can reach up to VCC - 0.5V.
- The output low voltage (VOL) will not exceed 0.4V.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (tpd) is typically 15ns at VCC = 5V and ambient temperature (TA) = 25°C.
Thermal Management:
- Ensure the device operates within the specified temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Store the device in a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Power Dissipation:
