Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure that the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V.
- Connect the Vcc pin to the power supply and GND pins to ground.
Input Signals:
- Apply input signals (Vih/Vil) within the specified voltage ranges to the input pins.
- Ensure that input signals do not exceed Vcc or go below GND to avoid damage.
Output Signals:
- The output signals (Voh/Vol) will be driven according to the programmed logic.
- Ensure that the load connected to the output pins does not exceed the maximum current rating.
Programming:
- Use a compatible programmer to program the GAL18V10-20LP.
- Apply the programming voltage (VP) of 12.5 V ± 0.5 V to the VP pin during programming.
- Follow the specific programming algorithm provided by the manufacturer.
Erasing:
- To erase the device, expose it to UV light for approximately 20 minutes.
- Ensure that the device is properly shielded from UV light when not being erased to prevent accidental erasure.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
- Store the device within the storage temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
Power Consumption:
- Monitor the power consumption, which should not exceed 150 mW at the maximum operating frequency.
- In standby mode, the current consumption should be less than 10 μA at 5 V.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the sensitive components.
- Use appropriate ESD protection measures during handling and installation.
