Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.0V to 6.0V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
  2. Input Signals:

    • For a low input signal, ensure the voltage (VIL) is below 0.8V when VCC is between 4.5V and 5.5V.
    • For a high input signal, ensure the voltage (VIH) is above 2.0V when VCC is between 4.5V and 5.5V.
  3. Output Signals:

    • The output low voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.1V when sourcing 20mA current.
    • The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 4.4V when sinking -0.4mA current.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (tp) should be less than or equal to 15ns at a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V and an input frequency of 10MHz.
  5. Power Dissipation:

    • Ensure the power dissipation (PD) does not exceed 100mW to avoid overheating and potential damage to the device.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge which can damage the internal circuits.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and installation.
  7. Storage:
