Instructions for Use:

2. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the collector (C), base (B), and emitter (E) terminals correctly to avoid damage.

3. Thermal Management:

   • Monitor the junction temperature to ensure it does not exceed 150°C.
   • Use thermal paste between the device and heatsink to improve heat transfer.

4. Operational Limits:

   • Ensure that the device is operated within its safe operating area (SOA).

5. Storage:

   • Store the device in a dry environment within the temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
