Instructions for Use:

1. Mounting:

   • Ensure that the rectifier is mounted on a heatsink to maintain proper operating temperatures.
   • Use appropriate thermal compound between the rectifier and the heatsink to enhance heat dissipation.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the rectifier to a temperature of 125°C to 150°C before soldering.
   • Soldering temperature should not exceed 300°C.
   • Soldering time should be limited to 10 seconds per connection.

3. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the anode (A) and cathode (K) terminals correctly to avoid reverse polarity damage.
   • Use wires with adequate gauge to handle the current ratings.

4. Storage:

   • Store the rectifier in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and corrosive environments.
   • Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.

5. Handling:

   • Handle the rectifier with care to avoid mechanical stress on the leads and body.
   • Use anti-static precautions to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage.

6. Testing:

   • Before installation, test the rectifier using a multimeter to ensure it meets the specified parameters.
   • Test the forward voltage drop (VF) and reverse leakage current (IR) to confirm functionality.

7. Safety:

   • Always follow safety guidelines when working with high voltages and currents.
   • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses.
