Instructions for Use

1. Handling and Storage:

   • Store in a dry environment with a temperature range of -10°C to +40°C.
   • Avoid exposure to high humidity, as it can affect the performance of the capacitor.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure the PCB is clean and free from contaminants before mounting.
   • Apply solder paste to the pads on the PCB.
   • Place the capacitor on the designated pads, ensuring proper alignment.
   • Use a reflow soldering process with a peak temperature of 245°C to 260°C.
   • Allow the capacitor to cool naturally after soldering.

3. Electrical Testing:

   • Verify the capacitance and voltage rating using a multimeter or capacitance meter.
   • Check for any short circuits or open circuits.

4. Inspection:

   • Visually inspect the solder joints for proper wetting and no excess solder.
   • Ensure there are no cracks or damage to the capacitor body.

5. Application Considerations:

   • Use the capacitor in applications where stable capacitance over a wide temperature range is required.
   • For high-frequency applications, consider the dielectric material and parasitic inductance.

6. Disposal:

   • Dispose of the capacitor according to local environmental regulations.
   • Do not incinerate, as this can release harmful substances.
