Instructions for Use:
- Voltage Rating: Ensure that the maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) does not exceed 200V. The maximum DC reverse working voltage (VRWM) should not exceed 140V.
- Current Rating: The device is rated for a maximum average forward rectified current (IFAV) of 1.5A at a case temperature of 75°C. For sinusoidal waveforms, the maximum RMS forward current (IRMS) is 1.8A.
- Surge Current: The maximum non-repetitive peak surge current (IFSM) is 22.5A for a half sine wave with a 10ms duration.
- Temperature Considerations: The maximum junction temperature (TJ(MAX)) is 150°C. Store the device within the storage temperature range (-65°C to 150°C). Operate the device within the operating temperature range (-65°C to 125°C).
- Mounting: Ensure proper heat dissipation to maintain the device within its operational temperature limits. Use appropriate heatsinks if necessary.
