3. Forward Current (IF): The forward current should be within the range of 20mA to 50mA for reliable operation.
4. Reverse Current (IR): The reverse current should not exceed 100μA at a reverse voltage of 5V.
5. Output Current (IOUT): The output current should be between 10mA and 15mA.
6. Propagation Delay Time (tPD): The propagation delay time should be between 30ns and 100ns.
7. Rise Time (tr): The rise time should be between 10ns and 50ns.
8. Fall Time (tf): The fall time should be between 10ns and 50ns.
9. Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI): The device can handle common mode transients up to ±25kV/μs.
10. Operating Temperature Range (TOPR): The device should operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
11. Storage Temperature Range (TSTG): Store the device in an environment with a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
