Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle the component with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to 100°C to 120°C before soldering.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature of 260°C to 300°C.
   • Ensure the soldering time does not exceed 3 seconds per terminal.
   • Avoid excessive thermal shock which can cause damage to the component.

3. Mounting:

   • Place the inductor on the PCB as per the design layout.
   • Ensure proper alignment and orientation.
   • Use a reflow soldering process if applicable, following the recommended temperature profile.

4. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use to protect against moisture and static.

5. Testing:

   • Verify the inductance value using an LCR meter or equivalent test equipment.
   • Check for any visual defects such as cracks or deformations.

6. Environmental Considerations:

   • Dispose of the component according to local environmental regulations.
   • Ensure compliance with RoHS directives and other relevant environmental standards.
