Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage: Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5 V to 18 V.
  2. Input Levels:
    • For a logic high input, ensure the voltage is at least 70% of VCC.
    • For a logic low input, ensure the voltage is no more than 30% of VCC.
  3. Output Levels:
    • The output voltage for a logic high should be at least 90% of VCC when sourcing 1 mA.
    • The output voltage for a logic low should be no more than 0.1 V when sinking 1 mA.
  4. Current Limits:
    • Input currents should not exceed 1 μA for both high and low states.
    • Output current limits are -1 mA for sourcing and 16 mA for sinking.
  5. Propagation Delay: The propagation delay time should be considered when designing circuits, especially at higher frequencies.
  6. Power Dissipation: Ensure the power dissipation does not exceed 500 mW to avoid overheating.
  7. Temperature Range: The device can operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
