Supply Voltage:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V. Operating outside this range can damage the device.
Input Levels:
- For a valid high input (VIH), the voltage should be at least 2.0V.
- For a valid low input (VIL), the voltage should not exceed 0.8V.
Output Levels:
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V when sourcing 0.4 mA.
- The output low voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.5V when sinking 0.4 mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The typical propagation delay times (tpdLH and tpdHL) are 15 ns at 25°C with a 5V supply. These values can vary between 15 ns and 22 ns.
Power Dissipation:
- The maximum power dissipation per package is 500 mW. Ensure adequate heat dissipation to avoid overheating.
Temperature Ranges:
