Instructions for Use:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
    • Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes.
  2. Wiring:

    • Connect the input terminals to the control circuit, ensuring the voltage is within the specified range (3 to 32 VDC).
    • Connect the output terminals to the load, ensuring the load voltage does not exceed 600 VAC and the current does not exceed 18 A.
  3. Operation:

    • Apply the appropriate input voltage to turn the relay on. The relay will switch the load within 1 ms.
    • Remove the input voltage to turn the relay off. The relay will switch the load off within 1 ms.
  4. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Do not expose the relay to environments with excessive dust, moisture, or corrosive gases.
  5. Safety Precautions:

    • Always disconnect power before performing any maintenance or wiring changes.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling the relay.
    • Ensure the relay is properly grounded to prevent electrical hazards.
  6. Storage:

    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
    • Avoid storing the relay in environments with high humidity to prevent corrosion.
