The L9302AD is a series of multi-channel current-sensing ICs from STMicroelectronics. It is based on the proprietary STripFET technology, specifically designed for motor control applications. The IC is a 64-pin QFP (quad flat package) device. The IC provides up to three integrated power MOSFETs, current-sense amplifiers, programmable overcurrent-protection, and low-side gate drivers. It provides 8-bit current-sense resolution and up to 50 oversampling resolution. The IC has an adjustable dead time on each of its three channels, programmable blank time and a range of operating temperature -40°C to +150°C. This IC is suitable for automotive applications, such as linear or switching-mode power converters, DC-DC converters, motor control and BLDC (brushless DC) motor control applications.
