Instructions for Use:
- Mounting: Ensure proper mounting to maintain thermal performance. Use a heat sink if necessary to keep the junction temperature within the specified range.
- Voltage Handling: Do not exceed the maximum reverse voltage (400V) or the maximum RMS voltage (280V) to avoid damage.
- Current Handling: Operate within the average rectified output current (0.6A at 75°C) and do not exceed the maximum repetitive peak forward current (1.0A).
- Surge Current: The device can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 30A for short durations (10ms at 25°C). Ensure that these conditions are not exceeded to prevent failure.
- Temperature Management: Keep the junction temperature between -65°C and 175°C. The storage temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, and the operating temperature range is -65°C to 125°C.
- Storage and Handling: Store in a dry, cool place and handle with care to avoid mechanical damage or contamination.
- Electrostatic Discharge (ESD): Take appropriate ESD precautions during handling and installation to prevent damage to the device.
